Our Commitments to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR)

We have adopted remote working practices. In doing so, we are strengthening our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Our objective is to promote everyone’s well-being while contributing positively to the environment and society.

From an environmental perspective, remote work helps reduce our carbon footprint. It also contributes to lowering greenhouse gas emissions and transport-related pollution. Part-time presence in the office helps reduce our energy consumption. In addition, the digitalization of processes reduces the use of paper and other resources.

With regard to society, remote work is an individual choice for each team member. As a matter of choice, it helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. This policy has a positive impact on well-being and quality of life. It also removes geographical barriers, allowing everyone to live in a place that suits them best.

We recognize the importance of maintaining transparent and effective communication, even remotely. We have adopted online collaboration tools and communication platforms to facilitate exchanges and interactions among team members. Regular meetings at headquarters help maintain strong connections within the team. They also allow us to monitor project progress, clarify shared objectives and expectations, and resolve any issues quickly.
